1. What this service is
The service shows prices of non-stop return flights, collected from airlines' and search engines' own pages. In addition, after you sign up voluntarily, it sends e-mail alerts about new and reduced offers.
We are not an airline, a seller, or an intermediary. We do not sell tickets, take payments, or handle bookings, changes, or complaints. You enter into the contract directly with the airline or the search engine on whose site you complete the purchase, and their terms apply to that purchase.
2. Prices
Prices are a snapshot from the moment of scanning and may change or cease to be available before you open the offer. We do not guarantee availability or correctness of prices — always check them with the airline before buying.
3. E-mail alerts
Signing up is voluntary and free. It requires an e-mail address and its confirmation by clicking a link we send to that address — without that confirmation we send no messages. By signing up you agree to receive flight offer alerts at the address given.
You may unsubscribe at any time, without giving a reason, using the link in the footer of every message. You set the scope and frequency of alerts yourself on the settings page.
4. Technical requirements
All you need is a web browser with cookies enabled (needed only for signing in to the settings page) and a working e-mail account. Filters and the “Show more” button require JavaScript; without it, the offer list and the booking links still work.
5. What is not allowed
You must not sign other people's addresses up for alerts without their consent, nor load the service in a way that disrupts its operation (automated bulk downloading, attempts to bypass limits). Supplying unlawful content is prohibited.
Affiliate links
Some booking links are affiliate links. If you buy a ticket through one of them, we may receive a commission from the search engine or the airline. This does not affect the price you pay, nor the order of offers on the site — the list is always sorted by price.
6. Complaints
Send remarks about how the service and the alerts work to the contact address given above. We reply within 14 days. Complaints about the ticket itself — its price, a schedule change, or a cancelled flight — should go to the airline or the seller you bought it from; we are not a party to that contract.
7. Liability
The service is provided free of charge and as is. We take care to keep the data current, but we are not liable for the consequences of purchasing decisions made on its basis, nor for interruptions in operation. This does not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
8. Personal data
How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We will inform subscribers of changes to these terms by e-mail, at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to a change, you may unsubscribe within that time.
10. Governing law
The service is operated from Poland and these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
Language versions
This document is an English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails — it is the original and the one the service operates under.
